What you'll be responsible for:

In this position, you will provide strategic advice around ad campaign optimization, managing between 10-12 client accounts. You will not only manage existing client accounts but also have the ownership to create new account structures and optimize those accounts in accordance with the clients’ respective marketing strategies.

  • Onboard and execute the client’s ad strategy, understanding the required projections, KPI’s and execution plan. Additionally, understanding the client’s strategy, determining appropriate audience behaviors that drive specific KPIs, and recommending changes to optimize performance.
  • Communicating with Account Managers about the success of the campaign, and offering suggestions for ways to improve in a proactive way
  • Strategic audience targeting and consistent optimization in all client accounts and campaigns
  • Tracking accuracy, load campaigns, optimizing daily, reporting on a regular basis, and tracking numbers. Understand all the metrics important to clients’ campaigns and make decisions based on the data.
  • Load campaigns with all the important details, such as naming conventions, links, and targeting.
  • Fully owning checking pixels and being the second set of eyes to verify all pixels are placed correctly, coordinating with the internal Funnel Tech VA to ensure proper campaign tracking.
  • Daily analysis of the performance of campaigns to ensure a low cost per result and an overall positive ROAs. Carefully managing the client’s budget and not exceeding the budget defined by the senior strategist or account manager.
  • Fully own daily, weekly, and monthly tracking and how the numbers fit into the client’s overall goals
  • Complete timely and accurate data & number entries for weekly client reports. Collaborate with the account manager to develop and provide context on strategic recommendations related to ad performance.
  • Stay on top of new techniques, strategies, and changes to test for better client results & campaign successes
  • Attend weekly status calls to keep up-to-date on performance and provide support during client meetings. You’ll also participate in weekly team meetings to discuss strategy, as well as contribute process or strategy ideas/suggestions.
  • Consistently focused on individual KPIs related to the role to include: Clients above 2x ROAs, Clients profitable after agency fee, Average client ad spend, Roster retention rate

What you bring to the role:

  • Ability to fully own and execute a client’s live launch with excellent execution, minimal error, and optimization that acts with urgency given the tight timeframes.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently discover & test new optimization strategies and tactics that improve your client’s major KPIs.
  • Proactively flag Account Managers around client strategy and results.
  • Complete understanding of the Facebook pixel, standard events, and third-party platforms (Clickfunnels, Kajabi, WordPress, EasyWebinar, etc.) to ensure proper tracking of ad results
  • A clear understanding of how to consistently pull accurate numbers for clients’ leads, applications, calls, and sales using third-party tracking and verified by our FB-specific tags
  • Full understanding of projections and goals and showcasing the ability to operate in our core value of Data Drives Our Every Action and decision based on these goals.
  • Start-up ready - you have the confidence and problem-solving skills to be effective in situations with limited information and the ability to pivot with the priorities of the team and brand.

Requirements:

  • Mid - Expert level knowledge of Facebook advertising (minimum 1-2 years experience) with 2+ years of online marketing & sales funnel experience - specific experience with webinar funnels, live launches, and evergreen funnels.
  • Knowledge of various third-party platforms such as ClickFunnels, Infusionsoft, MailChimp, etc. Ability to pull numbers from 3rd party platforms from past experience in them
  • Driven and ambitious personality, when faced with a problem you’re often the one to come up with the solutions without having to be asked.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills. A high degree of self-management and ability to juggle multiple client relationships without letting one suffer when another takes more time.
  • Can quickly demonstrate being able to make optimization decisions and find solutions for clients’ needs. Dedicated to solving problems, finding solutions for and improving upon the results of client’s campaigns.
  • Committed to ongoing education and training to stay on top of the Facebook platform, rules, regulations, strategies, and updates for proper ad execution, implementation & client success
  • Understanding funnel marketing strategies & the psychology of advertising to the customer journey
  • High attention to detail, proofreading, writing, and editing skills for accuracy
  • Asana experience and knowledge

IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be interested in innovative, cutting edge digital marketing practices
  • Must be willing to be client-facing and represent the copy in a mannered, professional way
  • Must be willing to have a flexible schedule (not 9-5 100% of the time)
