Reddy is an AI-whisperer to turn rookie hires into all-stars, empowering talent around the globe.

We want to create a new category of e-training software that redefines what it looks like to start a new role. For the past 30 years, SAAS solutions have resulted in boring and ineffective Learning Management Systems that remove the most important part of professional development: mentorship. Through our AI agents that help businesses of all sizes get set up in under five minutes, we have developed the first scalable trainer who can whisper into a new hire's ear and help them get better at their job.

Our initial clients run large call centers around the globe, and are trying to fix turnover as high as 170%. We help them deploy our whisperer before, during and after calls so that new hires can become more successful, earlier in the process. Before calls, they learn through simulations that mirror live conversations and have tens of thousands of dynamic variations. During calls, they receive live assists to answer common objections and questions, less than one second after a customer mentions it. And then after, they receive personalized quality assurance feedback to help ensure sales are closed and companies remain compliant.

In a short 8 months since we started the company, we have launched to paying customers around the world, with $300K ARR and another $180K ARR onboarding in the next month. This has been done as a primarily bootstrapped company, and now our early traction is beginning to attract investors that are forming for a larger round. Our CEO handles the business and sales, but the rest of our team are all engineers (CTO, Founding Engineer, SWE).

We are looking for our own all-star engineers that like working more as entrepreneurs than hourly workers. Someone who is looking to put a lot in, but potentially get more out than they have before, this is the right opportunity for them. With profit-sharing and equity options, and the ambition to find early hires who grown into long-term leaders, this is for people looking to hyper-scale their careers.
