ReCharge is a fast moving startup making ecommerce payments easy for everyone. We currently empower thousands of online stores to sell their products on a recurring basis. We’re experiencing incredible growth from our start 2 years ago we have bootstrapped our way to processing tens of millions of dollars a week and service 10,000+ clients. We are in hyper-growth, and this is where you come in.
We are looking for a Onboarding Manager who will own our onboarding process. You will take charge of new customers coming onto the platform to help them go live and be successful. This involve live chat, phone calls, email, and webinars.
You'll need to have:
- At least 3 years of experience within sales, lead generation, phone support or another challenging customer facing role
- A sense of adventure and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Energy and a wicked work ethic
- A lot of brains as well as a solutions-oriented mindset.
- A passion for talking to people, understanding their unique business needs, and showing them how to 10X their business
- A love for trying new things, iterating, and then diving in again - all at a super fast pace
You'll be working on things like:
- Innovating on new ways to better onboard ReCharge customers
- Help stores get launched via live chat, phone and email
- Having a huge impact on the growth of a fast growing startup
- Making the most of the opportunity to work at an amazing, innovative, and rapidly growing company; have an impact; be involved and do something incredible!
• Schedule Monday - Friday
• Covering US hours either EST or PST
• 2+ Years experience in a similar role at another SaaS company
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Language requirements, English fluency (written and spoken)
