Director, Simulator Professional Services

The Director is responsible for the execution of all Simulator Managed Services for a large consulting team across all global sales domains. This position directly reports to the VP of Professional Services.

Responsibilities
  • Executes tactical oversight of all Simulator managed services function to maintain the highest level of customer service
  • Provides subject matter expertise to complicated or difficult accounts
  • Mentors and trains resources, leads, and managers
  • Oversees resource management and reporting functions
  • Assists leadership in the evaluation and resolution of client operational and reporting needs
  • Coordinate with Sales team to ensure a proactive approach to account management and issue resolution
  • Coordination with client senior leadership to include CISO, CIO, and CRO etc.
  • Provide feedback on platform issues or enhancements to Product and Engineering teams
  • Develop and mature operational processes and documentation
  • Build relationships and coordinate with other internal PhishMe teams
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

  • Proven track-record managing a diverse international client base
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Comfortable presenting both live and via the web
  • Mastery of information security concepts and the industry landscape
  • Capability to present technical information to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with numerous, overlapping priorities
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Security-related certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or similar
  • 10+ years’ progressive experience in relationship management, customer service, or technology service delivery
