Client Success Engineer, Triage

The Client Success Engineer is responsible for managing relationships and ensuring success for our Triage clients. This role will be externally-facing and offer opportunities to: interact regularly with clients, deliver tailored solutions, address challenges as they arise, facilitate product adoption, and position PhishMe as a trusted partner. This is a client advocacy role with a focus on exceeding expectations and delivering consistent and excellent service. This person will liaise internally across multiple teams including: Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services; always with an eye for client satisfaction and development. Client loyalty and trust are earned through service and professionalism.

  • Serve as a technical point of contact and go-to advisor for PhishMe Triage for mid-size to enterprise level firms across multiple verticals
  • Coordinate client-specific activities to ensure successful implementation and usage of product set
  • Assess client needs based upon key metrics and performance indicators
  • Extend metrics and develop success criteria based upon client profiles
  • Foster relationships and rapport across client base as a representative of the PhishMe brand
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • 2+ years supporting customers in Account Management, Relationship Management, Consulting or similar role
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple initiatives and priorities
  • Hands-on experience in working with networks and systems
  • Organized with excellent follow-through skills
  • Confidence in owning a client book of business
  • Skilled in use of Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tracking tool
Recommended but not required:

  • Technical experience in systems or network security engineering in a consulting atmosphere
  • GIAC and other Security certifications
  • Hands-on experience in IR, SOC, or Forensics
  • Advanced Excel/Powerpoint skills
  • Splunk or other Big Data platform experience
Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in areas of: Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology preferred
