SaaS Marketing Project Manager ($80k)

Are you a get shit done, high-capacity, project manager in the B2B marketing world? Are you easily bored and excited by the prospect of managing over 50 SaaS products with a team of high performers from around the globe? If you’re looking to join a rocketship on the ground floor while working from the comfort of your home office or favorite coffee shop, this role is for you.

Team-specific background
The team you will be joining is tasked with building the inbound portion of Aurea’s new customer acquisition capability. Currently the team is working with six different products and is ramping to over fifty products in the next two years. To generate these MQLs, the team produces landing pages, websites, PPC ads, and content which attract MQLs into our funnel. 

Without you as the project manager, our designer in Romania waits for the Pardot forms from our Canadian marketing automation specialist who read a Skype message and thought that our campaign manager in CA already sent it -- all the while the team moves slower than we ought to. Working closely with our creative director and design team, this won’t happen anymore: you’ll manage a workflow process which systematically coordinates the production of deliverables across a wide range of sales and marketing channels.

Job Description

  • Manage and own the calendar for all stakeholders across the full project lifecycle, from briefing to creative concepting to production/development to implementation

  • Set deadlines for individual team members and keep people accountable to their goals

  • Proactively identify project slips, communicate to rest of the team, and build solutions to maintain due date

  • Set and manage budget for special experiments

  • Assign resources project-by-project, manage workloads, forecast coverage needs, communicate workload with creative director and leadership

  • Measure marketing department’s output and report progress to leadership

  • Enable quicker delivery of department’s deliverables by identify backlogs and process improvements

  • Able to manage across functions: strategy, writing, design, dev, and QA

  • Effective collaborator with talented team members around the globe

  • Experience with agile/waterfall/scrum and similar management frameworks

  • Motivate diverse groups of people to perform at peak levels

Compensation is $80k/year ($40/hour)

Time: Full time (40 hours/week)

Offer: 1099 if outside the US and W2 if within US
Location: Global (remote)
