The Remote Technical Support Specialist is an entry level role which gives you the opportunity to grow inside the company. This is an exciting work from home opportunity requiring you to work and engage with others in a virtual environment, while providing our customers with a high quality customer service experience. As a member of our Customer Success team you will receive full training in order to give the best support to our customers.

We work 100% remotely, each team member from their own home. Our employees work full-time salaried positions with a complete benefits package (health/dental insurance, 401K, PTO days). Applicants must be located in the US. 

As a member of the Customer Success Department you would:

  • Answer phone calls and emails from customers
  • Determine the scope of the customer's issue in an effective and professional manner
  • Effectively resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with focus on first call resolution
  • Resolve customer requests by investigating problems, developing solutions and recommending additional products and/or services relevant to assessment of the customer needs.

We are looking for:

  • Some college completed in a relevant field (mathematics, computer science, linguistics, IT, physics, biology, chemistry etc.)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to learn new technical concepts quickly
  • The ability to communicate technical directions over the phone to a variety of users
  • Excellent customer interaction skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Ability to follow written instructions
  • Ability to work in a fast paced changing environment
  • Up to 5 years of Customer Success/Support experience (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to quickly recognize patterns
  • Superb writing and communication skills: accurate, focused, and detailed
  • Excellent at multitasking and productivity
