Diamond Eye Travel is an independent travel agency within the Travel Leaders Network consortium, registered with IATA, CLIA, ARC and ASTA. We specialize in assisting clients with all of their travel needs, whether it's a romantic getaway, an adventurous exploration, a relaxing cruise, a family vacation, group travel, or something else! We also offer assistance with destination/cruise wedding planning and travel for clients and their guests.

As a fully remote team, maintaining culture and healthy work-life balance is very important to us. We have weekly casual hangouts on Zoom, optional in-person training events throughout the year, and an annual convention each summer that all agents are welcome to attend. 
We support each other professionally and personally, and many agents become close friends and chosen family through this business. Some say "We're a Family". which sounds cheesy, but it's true! Although this family won't be stealing your snacks or messing up your room like siblings would.

This is a group webinar led by a presenter (a Travel Agent Trainer and Leader within the company.)
All approved applicants must attend this webinar, as we go into detail about the company, the position, our Certification and Training program, Benefits, and more.
The point of this webinar is to educate you about the company, the position, and what it's like to be a Travel Agent, so you may make an informed decision on whether this is the right fit for you.
You may think of this webinar as a group interview, you may dress casually, but must be presentable. (ie, don't jump on zoom from your bathtub - yes, someone actually did that.)
The webinar lasts about an hour, and then we go into Q&A, group enrollment, walk you through how to log in, and show you where to start your certification.
In total, you should reserve 1 hour and 30 minutes for this process.
